Swiss Chard Tart!!!

Who's in the mood to look at some hokey, posed photos of us doing some foodie navel gazing?
What a couple of dirty hippies!
Inspired by the Latent Chestnut's endless culinary creations and adventures, we wanted to show what we were up to in the kitchen with this biodynamic swiss chard tart!  Paired with salad and fresh sardines, it was a celebration!

The bagel making was put on hold since we had out of town guests stay with us this weekend. I didn't have the time I wanted to devote to my first bagel making venture.

I did make the rocky road ice cream, though, and it is the best ice cream I have ever made!
